    You look fabulous. The PSMF sure seems to be working. This cake looks yummy and easy. Just my style. I am starting PSMF after I get what I need this weekend. I'm very excited. Lost107 doing keto and carnivore but put about 15 back on the last 18 months. And just need a new kickstart to get me excited and motivated again. I think your channel will be a BIG help.     I have a 6.5 qt stand mixer and I can only do 1.5 batches without it overflowing. It does make the work easier but thought I’d share since you said you’d want to do triple batches.

    Have made coconut flavored cake w/a lemon curd type icing, as well as a key lime version icing. Also is amazing as a caramel/pecan/praline type dessert, & a strawberry cheesecake variety. The PSMF base recipe really is so versatile! I love making the egg yolk bagels & waffles to use for both sweet & savory creations also~ Yum =) Not being a fan of just regular fried/scrambled/poached eggs🍳, I am over the moon w/using them in this way to create so many different foods I DO enjoy- what a blessing!

    Have you tried the frosting with allulose or another sweetener? I find the cooling after taste of Swerve to be off putting. I like BetterStevia brand liquid sweetener but not sure how to do that without using a fat like butter or cream cheese.

    I clicked on your link for the silicone pans and it’s american not canadian, so in canada it’s $31. I thought it was too good too be true at $21😉Loving your recipies, wonderful to find a fellow canadian here in the West. Cake looks delicious, not sure i would be able to stop at one slice 😆
