Here in Chapel Hill , NC , we have been lucky and plenty of eggs , chicken ALDIs , Lidls.
Walmart not so much. I go out of town to shop at ALDIs and Lidls because it is much cheaper than WM. Happy blessed Easter to you and your wonderful family.

Here we I live, chickens 🐔 have not been delivered for the last 3 days. Apparently, it's going to be a few weeks to catch up. Huge shortage, so now I understand why. Thankyou for the info. 👌🤗🥚🥚🥚

Thank you for your helpful videos. I know a lot of people are being helped. I just want to reach out for prayer for my 90 year old mother. She was dropped the other day at the long term care facility she lives at, and is having symptoms of concussion. I've experienced a concussion recently, and my experience was beyond awful. She said she's scared.💔 Please, pray for her healing. God bless you. Thank you for any prayers.

Great tips. Love the positivity and encouragement. Egg supplies are definitely low. But…I went grocery shopping during a week day (yesterday-Monday) and found organic eggs for just $1.99 with NO limit. I don't usually buy "organic" but they were cheaper than the regular eggs with a limit of 2 dozen. I definitely bought 3 dozen. Was at our local Hy-Vee this morning….no shortage! I still maintain its the time one goes shopping.

I'm so shocked!! We usually buy a giant box I think it's 5 DZ for $9.00, that gets us through the month. Yesterday I went and that same box is $18.99 !!! That's it I'm getting my own flock 😅

Awesome tips! I'd heard of many of these substitutes, but didn't know about gelatine or chia seeds! I've used the water from a can of chickpeas that works well too! Loving all of the extra tips you're giving us…. thanks! Never a need to panic, just substitute. I also need to avoid gluten, dairy, corn & also soy & not too much sugar or preservatives….. it can be challenging at times, but mostly there are lots of other options!🥰 Blessings from South Australia💕🐨

I just purchased powdered egg. Had a taste today. It just taste like egg. However it is a little dry.
According to the recipe 1tbs powder -2tbs warm water. I think I have to play around and see if I can get them fluffy?
    Thankyou for your helpful information🙂

I've always used 1T chia seed to 2-1/2 to 3 T water for one egg. Works great. And since I don't can I use this same formula with juice instead of water to whip up some "jam" for toast. Chia jells up pretty quickly. I started doing this when we were camping and had no refrigeration to keep a jar of jelly cool. Just make it on the spot. Can also make pudding this way. And chia is a good protein source just like eggs!

After watching this earlier today, I went to the store and bought 10 dozen eggs. So I don't run out. I'm going to freeze them in ziplocs (after cracking the eggs).

Thanks for the great ideas, Tawra! Also 1/4 cup canned pumpkin is an egg substitute. Another idea for decorating plastic eggs (if you don’t care if they even open again) is paper mache over the plastic, then paint and decorate.
