This is a staple at my house, at least once a week. It's also a great dish for picky kiddos to get some protein into em. Mine won't even tolerate the onion.
Fried rice is one of the reasons I always make extra rice! I'm with you on the olive oil. The taste is, to me, a better match for European recipes, especially if you aren't using a high end EVOO.

Hi Momma Kimono hi running Kimono quick question I haven't brought the new dawn powerwash yet however we both have glass top stoves and I dont always clean it well when it's hot and forget to revisit it to do it as life happens lol mom of 3 so does that new dawn work well cleaning your stove I hear its supposed to be really great sorry so long β€

Oh my! Iβve been waiting for this oneβ€οΈ Question, no green onions, can I substitute a little minced onion? Iβll definitely have to cook some rice, the leftover rice I had in the fridge went to the birds ( literally) π….Iβm guessing you used Japanese rice.
