Fried rice is one of the reasons I always make extra rice! I'm with you on the olive oil. The taste is, to me, a better match for European recipes, especially if you aren't using a high end EVOO.

Oh my! I’ve been waiting for this one❀️ Question, no green onions, can I substitute a little minced onion? I’ll definitely have to cook some rice, the leftover rice I had in the fridge went to the birds ( literally) πŸ˜‚….I’m guessing you used Japanese rice. According to my son it’s much better than what is popular here, which is long grain rice….a staple here in south Louisiana…..Thanks for sharing, my husband will be happy 😊❀️

You know how when you search a subject on Google, it comes up in your feed as suggestions? Bam! I searched last night and you came up in my feed. 😁. Thank you! Aidan loves fried rice, but the recipes I was seeing use specific oils and 1)I don't have them and 2) I'm not wealthy. πŸ˜‚
