This is quickly becoming one of my favorite instant pot recipes especially after I put my own spin on it. Try this out and let me know what you think in the comments. I like it served over tortilla chips with cheddar cheese or pepperjack cheese. I have also had it with just ritz crackers and fiesta cheese. If you like chili and you like chicken, you will love this!
