So happy you guys decided to try this! We are plant-based which is similar to vegan, and it has helped a lot with some of our health issues! Balanced meals are crucial with this, you need to make sure you have enough protein and carbs at each meal. Our favorite protein sources are edamame, peas, black beans, garbanzo beans, tofu, etc. If you had added some edamame and peas to your fried rice, or chickpea “croutons” to your salad you probably would’ve felt more full. I’d love to see you guys try again one day!!

Hey! So I was vegan for 4 years and now Im not because I eat honey…. but veganism is more about the planet and the animals! Is not just about healthy…
Watch some documentaries like COWSPIRACY ("Game changers" is also very good)! (I'm sorry for any writing errors I'm brazilian) Sending love!

I’m a part time vegan. I tried full time but it didn’t work with my social life. Then the vegan “purists” became obnoxious so I rebelled. I now eat fish. And butter.

I was vegan for 1.5 years and I found that if I'm lifting heavy & running a lot, I just can't get the nutrients I need. It was unhealthy how much I depended on protein powder.
