I love to buy some ground sausage from my local butcher shop, and make a nice breakfast sausage. Patty that up, fry a couple eggs over easy, melt a piece of pepper jack cheese over the eggs, and put that on a toasted cheddar bagel. Top it with some diced jalapenos and hot sauce. Yum!
I like me a Croissant..with a good sausage patty, cheese, egg and some decent hot sauce. I'm kinda low key a bad person though i think BK's sandwich is the best.
I’m so down for breakfast food anytime! That looked absolutely amazing!!!! I prefer bagels or biscuits. Especially homemade biscuits and high quality bagels. Runny over easy fried egg, sausage and bacon, cheddar cheese, hotsauce, fried taters, and the bread has to be toasted if it’s not a biscuit.

I like the biscuit and the croissant but nothing beats the bagel, from a fast food place I think I would prefer the sausage just cause they could screw up the bacon at times, egg wise I like scrambled or sunny side up but nothing beats ssu with the runny egg and then finally cheese (melted) after that it’s up to whoever is making it

back in college I used to study at The Grind in Lincoln Square a lot and they had a semi-sammie ("Sue's Bagel") that was a sesame bagel with pesto, goat cheese, and cherry tomatoes toasted on top it. Maybe not strictly a breakfast sandwich but sooooo freaking good.
