    You need to buy protein powder, that's MCT oil powder.. The can should say Protein powder on it.. Massage your Kale to make it softer.. That salad 🥗🥗 looked bomb and I know that chicken was on 🔥🔥🔥🔥 .. Sazón and sofrito makes everything taste over the top.. But I can't do that jarred sofrito.. Homemade sofrito is the best and easy to make.. I'm Puerto Rican and I like Sazón con Achíote(Annatto) fresh garlic, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, cumin, adobo or salt and a drizzle of olive oil and vinegar to season my meats.. Sofrito can be frozen in plastic or glass containers for future use. Also can freeze in Ice tray and transfer to freezer bag.

    Yes Ms. Tiffany that smoothie and Salad 🥗 is life for me. Instead of ground turkey I would substitute with plantbase veggie ground crumbles.

    Not really a strict diet..you should check out Kimberly Snyder..that is seriously strict! She cooks for a lot of celebrities..she has the most strict diet I've ever tried! 😅

    No, girl thats that sofrito hittin like that. I make my yellow rice and the flavor is just like wow!!! Good job on all the meals, they looked so good. Massage that kale in a lil olive oil and seasonings of choice & u will love it wayyyy more😉
