I'm definitely gonna try this sauce. The BBQ sauce is usually an afterthought for me, but based on the ingredients this one might change that. Burnt ends are definitely the way to go! They're so popular here that several places only serve them a few days a week

There's a restaurant in Osocda, MI where I'm actually going to today called wiltsies, they have there own crafted rootbeer recipe and they make a root beer BBQ sauce and I literally drink it out of the bottle.

The white bread is one of my fave parts of the BBQ experience. I love when it’s put on the plate and soaks up all the juices and such. Carolina style sauce or a mustard based bbq sauce is what I reach for.

Is that all BBQ places? I hate crappy bread. Is it to make the meat seem that much better by comparison? Or they spent all their time and money on the meat and sides?
