I'm the very same way with ground beef…if we have coupons for BK Whoppers,I will just order it with extra toppings and give the meat to my hubby or pups & then eat the bread and toppings as it is!!! Your meals always look so yummy, perfection how you sneak in those extra vegetables!! Thank you so much for sharing your days with us,it's almost the weekend!~<3

If the vitamins are making you sick it is your body telling you to stop. Try another brand 9r taking them one at a time throughout the day to determine which one is making you sick…I'm so sorry that you are sick when you take vitamins.

You are making me nauseated just talking about vitamins. They make me nauseated too. I should take vitamins but I don't. I would rather take a shot if they made one. I hate taking any kinds of pills. I've had to take pills with Apple sauce before, if they are big. I have problems swallowing them. Girl you have canned and froze dried so many things lately. I know you are so proud of your accomplishments. Oh I love hamburger goulosh but mine isn't dry. I make more brothy like home made vegetable soup. I put hamburger and sauted onions in mine, elbow macaroni, a 46 oz can tomato juice, Del Monte original stewed tomatoes, and garlic salt. It is so good. We are having rotessire chicken, mashed potatoes/chicken gravy, green beans with stewed tomatoes and yeast rolls tonight for dinner. Good ole Sam's Club rotessire chicken. My husband was near a Sam's today, so he picked up a few things from there. A few things turn into quite a few things. 😆 Have a great evening and I will see ya in the morning. I got so side tracked I'm just now watching you… 4:45 pm! I like to watch you 1st thing of the mornings. I did get you watched, so that is what counts! Take care and get some rest.

Great idea on sneaking veggies into the families meals. I need to do this for my picky eaters. And thanks for all of your menu planning ideas! Having meals planned is helping my surgery recovery go smoothly.

    Hi Tiffany,
Late todays but wouldn’t miss! The black beans look terrific…as does that bread, yum.
Great idea with adding carrot to goulash. Bet it tasted delicious.
Vitamins make me nauseous also. I have to take half hour after breakfast. I guess everyone has a different reaction to them but very happy you felt better after lunch. Sweet potatoes do that for you, lol. Love them!
Thanks for sharing. Btw. Wonderful of your FIL to give you the meat for the dogs. They’re going to be thrilled and in stored for a treat.
Have a fantastic and blessed night.

Love your channel. Vitamins make me sick as well. I wanted to let you know how impressed I am with the freeze drying. I follow a channel called Rain Country. She freeze dries everything! Every knowledgeable. Oh also I found an instant pot goulash recipe that is delicious and so easy. Six Sisters recipe. I leave out the sugar. Have a great day.

I used to get so sick with vitamins no matter what time of day I took them. But I recently started on some that my chiropractor set me up with and I don’t get sick at all. And I take some of them in the morning before I eat anything. She told me the difference was that these ones are whole food. For what it’s worth. ☺️

I need to take my vitamins after lunch because they make my nauseous if taken before. I get them out each morning and set them on the counter in a special bowl so I see them when I walk by. Only thing that works. Love you channel and your family.

That freezer burnt meat is good to crockpot 24 hours and make soup with the meat and broth and can. Follow Guildbrook farms. She just used a leftover ham bone from 2016 and made super good looking bean soup.

Take your meds with a small glass of milk or some yogurt. You might have been alright if you waited a bit. I have the same problem when I take my magnesium, I finally went to a liquid. I have gastroparesis so I have to be careful what I take all together. Hope that tip helps for you. ❤️
