We are doing basically the same thing for dinner tonight. My fajita mixture is in the crockpot. And I'm finally making the tomato/chicken seasoning rice. I found a smaller container of it. We never that I remember had pigs. Grandpa did peacocks and doves but also had cages if he found injured animals. He had a crow a rabbit and a skunk he was caring for throughout my memory. The skunk I was never interested in ๐ฑ๐คฃ๐คฃ lol we also had horses and I had 1 all the way up tell I began driving. Then my horse became a car. And I went off to meet my husband โค๏ธ I think all the gardening and animals you been sharing struck a memory! I do have a couple funny stories with the skunk ๐ maybe another comment someday lol

I started cleaning my kitchen and turned on your video to watch while cleaning up. Had to stop to make myself a breakfast burrito since yours looked so yummy and I hadn't eaten yet. Gonna finish eating then continue on cleaning.
I loved your string of hearts you got from the nursery in one of your other videos. Iโve always heard theyโre finicky, so Iโve been too scared to get any. ๐
Everything looks so delicious. I make breakfast burritos too. Every once in a while I make breakfast bowls, like Jimmy Dean. Mine are Angie D's lol. You get more for your money making your own! The chicken fajitas looked awesome. So simple and easy to make and so upscale tasting. That is what I like. I still haven't adjusted to the price of sour cream and cheese yet. I was use to buying 4 or 5 sour cream at one time and at least 2 (2 pound)bags of shredded cheese. Now I buy 2 sour cream and 1 bag shredded cheese. We use a lot of sour cream, but it's cut back time. We have cut back on a lot of things. We are use to just buying and not think twice but not now. We are lovers of eggs too. I haven't cut back too much on them but the price makes me so mad!! You are lucky in that area. We don't live in a country setting. We live in a subdivision to where there is no way we could have chickens. I would love to have some though.

So, you tube can be a wonderful place for information. This is me sharing what Iโve learned and have seen to try. You can also freeze potatoes. Cooked baked, twice baked before you bake for a second time, mashed, 3 minute par boiled for..chunks to fry or roast, diced, shredded, French fries. I can potatoes too. Frozen tastes better. What I want to try is what I saw another YouTuber do. When I fry my canned, I get the same results you got. I want crunchy! This YouTuber rinsed the canned potatoes, got as much excess water off as possible, gave them a good coating of corn starch then fried them. They were so crunchy you could hear thru the mic. Just passing along info.

Love the tomato/chicken bouillon. Sometimes I cook it in my rice with chopped onions and green peppers. It makes a quick Mexican rice. Have a great weekend!

Happy fri-YAY!!!! OMGoodness that food looks delicious ๐. We've been eating quick meals and takeout because of us moving out/ getting ready for the new modular home (on the same property.)
