Yesssss
After moving to France 7yrs ago, I have reduced eating with hands but nothing can beat the feel of doing it.
Are you serious! I am eating with my hand in my life time
I actually love venpongal
Burger, pizza, sandwhich .. all are eaten by hand only!
Absolutely agree that I enjoy food better when ate with hands.
It's so beautiful akka..mouthwatering 🥰🥰🥰
That looks soo goooooddddd. I would love to see some Indian desserts too!
And also, don’t eat with your hands with every dish
Gurl.i gotta question is egg vegan or nonvegan
My parents would get so mad at me when I did this, I only did it at home and never in front of other people, I love hearing that I wasn't weird for this and it's a thing people do
I don't get why most people are completely fine with eating burgers, pizza, tacos, and other stuff like that, and yet some people find it weird with other foods. I remember when I was younger I would eat with my hands, sometimes using a fork, but when I went to a restaurant, my parents would have to keep telling me to use the fork 😂. I wish people's traditions, culture, and techniques, should be shared and more accepted through food.
I eat all meat with my hands, im eastern european
i personally prefer to eat using whatever is traditional in the culture. feels wrong to do otherwise
Adi penne, that pressure cooker design, what is that demonry?!
Cant i have long nails…gets stuck in them 💀
We Indian's love to eat with hand✋❤💯
Right guys
I think it’s gross and unhygienic. I travel a lot and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve witnessed women leaving public restrooms without even washing their hands. In all different countries, different airports, different restaurants and eateries. Then touch everything with dirty hands, eat and sometimes even cook for others. All kind of crap gets stuck underneath your nails. Nasty
Except if you have eczema on your hands so…
I honestly didn't know people used cutlery on a normal basis I just thought they ate with their hands at home 😂 ( until I was like ten)
Yeah eating foods especially rice and curry with bare hands is pretty nice. I'm from Bangladesh and here people of all types eat foods by hand, even if your hand turns yellow because of turmeric used in the curry😅
My fam is from Westasia and we kind of eat with hands but holding a piece of bread with the fingers, grab the food with the bread fingers lol
Nah man I can't, I'll eat certain food with my hands like pizza, chicken wings or burgers, I don't get people that use cutlery with that. But I feel the messiness of touching food that falls apart or is covered in sauce like that just irks me so much I can't enjoy the food anymore.
Her voice is so soothing, idk why😌
Also i could be sure that my uand is clean i couldn't always be sure that spoon is clean or not
Using hand/s to eat is normal too in Indonesia. But most of the times to eat dry food only. Like if it's something soupy or like stew, we use utensils instead.
Are you a malayalli
Yes.
When eating with your hands it’s also easier to tell the temperature of the food so that it doesn’t burn your mouth or get too cold without you knowing
Now I know why cheeseburgers and pizza taste so good lol
You really don't have to justify cultural practices to colonizers. They came to Asia, Africa because they had no food, no spices, no flavor in Europe— only pigs to eat.
Damn Shame that Indians have absorbed colonizers mindsets and are now better colonizers than ther originals!!
When i worked in noida I traveled 30km just to have one venpongal n vada in saravana bhavan in select city delhi 🤩
Ask again what???
People from Delhi and western UP specifically have not looked favourably on eating with hands. It’s not safe to generalise in India, but people from Delhi have traversed the spectrum from being aghast to mocking when I eat with hands. South Indians are more likely to eat with hands than some Northerners.
Also many Indian food were made to be eaten with your hands and subsequently way harder if you try to use cutlery. Eating Naan or chapathi with a fork just sounds like a mess waiting to happen. Meat and fish curries are often made including the bones so watching someone try to eat that with utensils is the same sort of pain you would feel watching someone try to eat wings with a spoon.
"PHD in physics" wheres that line?
Yep we eats proudly with our own hands❤️
Cutlery can do that
Something about eating with your hands makes food taste better
Can you make roti pumpkin and anchor pls

Ya acording to science and ayurved also eating with hand is better
Just discovered your channel and i love it!
I can say this for sure that in every corner India people eat with hands and not just south…
