The reason the garlic is hard and doesn’t want to come out is due to moisture, typically from applying it to a hot pot or pan that is being cooked at the time. To add it to a dish that you are cooking, don’t sprinkle it on directly above the pot or pan. Add it to a spoon or small bowl and then dump it in and you’ll never have to worry about that problem again.
Incorporate some crushed mustard seed as well with broccoli. Especially when cooking to activate it's makeup to maximize healthful benefits to fight cancer!
I may have brocolli instead of my shake tonite before bed, I eat 300 cals before bed so I can sleep and 300 cals of yogurt peaches oatmeal protein before the gym but I'll cut that down to just 300 soon.
