Just to clarify, im not saying you need to eat 300 calorie meals. This Eat More Weigh Less series is about showing you how to bulk up your meals so that you can eat a BIG portion of healthy food and feel full and satisfied. I suggest using these as a base for your meals, or a side dish, so that it fills you up and adding to them as you see fit like i explained in the video 🙂
Lol I can’t imagine eating a big bowl of mashed potatoes for dinner. I don’t know why, I think I’m the only person I know who doesn’t like potatoes. It works out well for me i guess, because I don’t get tempted to eat chips and stuff 🤷🏻♀️ The other meals look GREAT though! 💖❤️💜

This is misleading, all those meals go well over 300 calories. You do the math
Don't count calories, people! You will regret it later, you will find yourself in a yo yo dieting cycle for the rest of your life. Bite the bullet, intuitively eat and be free of dieting forever
