For the love of God and all that is holy, don't buy hummus from the store! Make it yourself! Homemade hummus is a revelation for those who haven't had the privelege! Obi knows what he's talking about!

Pro-Tip: Another super easy meal idea – put some (well seasoned) ground beef or ground lamb on top of your (homemade, I hope) hummus.

I have a Lebanese cookbook with various hummus recipes. The chilli oil one is there, but so is roasted butternut squash, roasted red pepper and also beetroot hummus. All are excellent variations. I think my favourite is the roasted squash.

My best tasting hummus was when I made it patiently (removed the shells and added enough icecubes) and topped with garlic and lemon peels olive oil with red chilli flakes and fresh coriander! Another good one was with toasted sesame seeds with lots of sumac + paprika and a bit of cumin + black pepper!
These additions to hummus look really awesome tho, will deffo try!!! ❤

Look bro, there's other factors that should prevent you from eating hummus everyday other than boredom, and I say this with full respect and cocern, but you need to start looking into your massive weight gain over the past few months. This isn't healthy. Any regular viewer will have noticed your slow but noticeable decline further into obesity and we don't want to see you do any permanent damage to yourself.
If you don't believe me, just play one of your first videos and one of your latest videos side-by-side, and tell me honestly that you don't notice a difference.
You're better than this, and we all believe you can be healthy again.
