    Request u to include mushroom replacement alternatives since many vegetarians off course including me don’t like mushrooms!

    Tysm for providing the birria-inspired taco recipe, I will be making it 100 percent!
    IMO, if you’re planning to make pasta from scratch by rolling it, make it so thin that it’s almost translucent.
    (It’s not rlly worth it tho)
    Also, I hope you try chilled noodles with a cold broth (like naengmyeon or soba) for the summer and show us how to make it w Indian ingredients 🙂
