I cut a slit into a paper plate. I slip the beaters through the slit and attach them onto the mixer. I can then beat anything without having a huge mess flying out of any size bowl. This idea came from my 7 year old neighbor.
I enjoyed watching you make the desserts😅, but could you do a little less talking?

Kristen, When you add to your mixer you have to add small amount’s of powder ingredients to avoid the the powder dust. And to remove some of what’s on your beaters after mixing keep your mixer running at a low speed and slowly bring your beaters up until they are almost out of batter that gets a lot off the beaters but not everthing. I love your recipes and the entertainment. You make me smile and laugh just when I need it and even when I don’t!Thank You! Also I would love your recipe “Kristen’s Energy”😊
