I am definitely going to use that recipe for the asparagus and the carrots and I want to try the Mexican coleslaw. I have been making homemade pizza crust for years abd I know your not suppose to use a rolling pin but I always have and everyone loves my homemade pizza. I make my own homemade tomato sauce that I use on my pizza and I always put the pepperoni under the cheese. I also use turkey pepperoni which is lower in fat and sodium and its tastes just like regular pepperoni.

I have that same mixer! I just got it, because I am learning to make bread. I LOVE IT! My toddler also enjoys helping me in the kitchen now! He thinks the mixer is so fun!!!

Stretch one of the pizzas a little with your hand, pass to the other pizza or take a glass of water, let the gluten of the dough contract again for a few minutes (more than two minutes are not necessary) and when you go back to the first pizza you can continue stretching it without problems with your hand. That gives the dough's elasticity a few minutes to rest and get back to work.

I've used the powdered buttermilk solids for years – in baked good also. Even in Red Velvet Cake – one little hack I did for the cake – I used milk instead water with the powdered buttermilk – just made it a little richer. You always have such great ideas!

I worked at Pizza Hut in high school. If it was only a pepperoni pizza, they go on top close together. If they were with other toppings, we did light cheese, toppings (pepperoni spread out) and another layer of cheese on top. 🍕☺️

I made pizzas at my store and I always put the cheese on and then pepperoni, but I also sprinkled cheese on top lightly so the pepperoni didn’t shift or fall off

You always share some nice recipes. Personally, I like the pepperoni on top because I usually peel it off after it’s done cooking and eat it last. Saving the best for last. 😅

I’m gonna have to try that bread! I’m curious how many hours a week you spend cooking? I have 4 kids. I used to do this and make every homemade. I ended up wasting food bc we have so many different taste preferences. I definitely do a lot of cooking tho so I was just curious.

    Mexican rice:
All the same steps you did, but just use a can of enchilada sauce instead of the tomato sauce! No seasoning needed!
Also: making your own enchilada sauce and canning it is a game changer!

Love all of the long term storage tips. Would you consider making a video on items that would be helpful for first time canning/long term food storing? Maybe items you’ve found helpful and any tips/tricks

pizza dough is like bread it's customizable Italian seasoning is great in it too…but all yeast dough is best when left to proof 1 or 2. I didn't hear you say you did that part. if you didn't do it before you put into pans.

I ❤️ your meals 😋 …I do have a suggestion though . I don't always watch all the way through but I do LISTEN. So It would help me to hear your spices out loud then for me to stop what I'm doing to pause what you put for the rice. Other than that ! Great videos ….it helps our family save 💰 than eating out or buying frozen meals that don't always have variety.

Great video again! Love the apple sauce! I take our leftover apples at the end of the week and core and halve them. I then throw it with skins and all in my pressure cooker with a bit of water to build up steam. 15 – 20 minutes in the pressure cooker and then I use my immersion blender to make it into a sauce. You don't even see the skins. I use my apple sauce to sweeten my oats in the morning with a bit of raisins and cinnamon. Happy cooking!
