Under the pepperoni and a light sprinkle on top.
I am definitely going to use that recipe for the asparagus and the carrots and I want to try the Mexican coleslaw. I have been making homemade pizza crust for years abd I know your not suppose to use a rolling pin but I always have and everyone loves my homemade pizza. I make my own homemade tomato sauce that I use on my pizza and I always put the pepperoni under the cheese. I also use turkey pepperoni which is lower in fat and sodium and its tastes just like regular pepperoni.
You give me so much inspiration to do these kinds of things for my own family 👪 ❤️ 💕 Thank you 😊
pepperoni on top. remember, they're called "toppings" 🙂 enjoy your channel.
I have that same mixer! I just got it, because I am learning to make bread. I LOVE IT! My toddler also enjoys helping me in the kitchen now! He thinks the mixer is so fun!!!
The pepperonis go above or below the cheese, where you like them the most. You tempted me this weekend I'll cook pizzas!
Stretch one of the pizzas a little with your hand, pass to the other pizza or take a glass of water, let the gluten of the dough contract again for a few minutes (more than two minutes are not necessary) and when you go back to the first pizza you can continue stretching it without problems with your hand. That gives the dough's elasticity a few minutes to rest and get back to work.
I've used the powdered buttermilk solids for years – in baked good also. Even in Red Velvet Cake – one little hack I did for the cake – I used milk instead water with the powdered buttermilk – just made it a little richer. You always have such great ideas!
To stretch the pizza dough, don't add flour to the counter, add a little semolina, that was my Nonna's trick. The best pizzas in the world were made by her.
Thanks for sharing all the great tips as always. 💜
A heating element is cheap to order for Instant Pots and there are videos showing you how to change it if interested. ☺️
I worked at Pizza Hut in high school. If it was only a pepperoni pizza, they go on top close together. If they were with other toppings, we did light cheese, toppings (pepperoni spread out) and another layer of cheese on top. 🍕☺️
I like the pepperoni on top of cheese, and then a very light sprinkle of additional cheese sometimes as the final step
Ciao bel video 👋🇮🇹❤
I do under the cheese🙂
Definitely pepperoni under the cheese 🧀
I made pizzas at my store and I always put the cheese on and then pepperoni, but I also sprinkled cheese on top lightly so the pepperoni didn’t shift or fall off
My family prefers all cheese on the top. Your meals look yummy. TFS Cheryl
You always share some nice recipes. Personally, I like the pepperoni on top because I usually peel it off after it’s done cooking and eat it last. Saving the best for last. 😅
Love everything you did today! I put pepperoni's on top of cheese so they get crispy. Also love everything you talked about making a video about. Great ideas!
You can make pear sauce or pear butter also . Plum sauce plum butter . Those are good on ice cream or in making different jams or meats as a sauce to go with meats .
Totally enjoyed this video, so much inspiration! Thank you for sharing, oh pepperoni on top of the cheese! LOL!
All your recipes and ideas are so amazing! I love how creative you are at finding ways to make things at a lower price.
All the toppings go on top of the cheese. 😳 🤣
Amazing 🤩 I love your meal prep videos.
I’m gonna have to try that bread! I’m curious how many hours a week you spend cooking? I have 4 kids. I used to do this and make every homemade. I ended up wasting food bc we have so many different taste preferences. I definitely do a lot of cooking tho so I was just curious.
Love your beautiful little kitchen. Your recipes are so yummy looking but so easy to put together.
I got a superfine mesh strainer that's just for yogurt and strain it overnight. It makes it thick like Greek yogurt. Game changer.
Mexican rice:
All the same steps you did, but just use a can of enchilada sauce instead of the tomato sauce! No seasoning needed!
Also: making your own enchilada sauce and canning it is a game changer!
Its nice to see your canning, more young people should follow your lead, especially with the prices of food today. Good video as always. Thank you.
Taco seasoning: makes 1 quart jar:
210g chili powder
70g cumin
70g garlic powder
35g onion powder
20g smoked paprika
15g cayenne pepper (leave out for mild)
10g dried oregano
I REALLY appreciated the weekly menu and video links to recipes in the description box! So helpful!
Pizza: use a 2:1 ratio of bread flour : semolina flour. Also, proof your yeast in warm water for a few minutes before putting in your mixer and dry ingredients.
You are awesome! I have been watching your home channel and now I will be watching your kitchen channel. I am 74…you are never too old to learn something.
Love all of the long term storage tips. Would you consider making a video on items that would be helpful for first time canning/long term food storing? Maybe items you’ve found helpful and any tips/tricks
I like to make my pizzas with the cheese first, then the toppings, and then another layer of cheese. It's super good that way and it keeps the toppings secure.
pizza dough is like bread it's customizable Italian seasoning is great in it too…but all yeast dough is best when left to proof 1 or 2. I didn't hear you say you did that part. if you didn't do it before you put into pans.
Love your video's!! I always learn something new!! Some days I just go over to your channel & binge watch your videos! I am learning to 'can' for the first time & your canning video's are very helpful!! Have a great day!! ☺
I have worked places making pizza and the toppings go on top of the cheese! they get lost under the cheese
I ❤️ your meals 😋 …I do have a suggestion though . I don't always watch all the way through but I do LISTEN. So It would help me to hear your spices out loud then for me to stop what I'm doing to pause what you put for the rice. Other than that ! Great videos ….it helps our family save 💰 than eating out or buying frozen meals that don't always have variety.
Great video again! Love the apple sauce! I take our leftover apples at the end of the week and core and halve them. I then throw it with skins and all in my pressure cooker with a bit of water to build up steam. 15 – 20 minutes in the pressure cooker and then I use my immersion blender to make it into a sauce. You don't even see the skins. I use my apple sauce to sweeten my oats in the morning with a bit of raisins and cinnamon. Happy cooking!
So nice to see someone keeping the "old" ways alive!
All of this food looked soooo good!!
We always do crust, then sauce, then toppings.. Cheese doesn't ever go on top 🙂
Lisa at farmhouse on Boone is a sour dough genius and great source.
could you please link your mixer and do you have a coupon code?
