This I need to try next. Right now I'm making Pinto beans with Dumplings. Mom told me my cousins on her side makes this all the time. I've made Pinto Beans with Pasta, now with Dumplings. This Sounds really good. I'd rather cook them the old fashioned way on the stove then in the Pressure Cooker Ninja Foodie. They seem not to cook very well. You can par boil them before hand for an hour or so. So basically your cooking them almost 3 hours. 🙂 Which are worth it to me.

The way I do it is wash the beans .then I put them in the crock pot then. I feel the Crock-Pot with water. then I let them soak for 4 hours or until the water turns Brown that ensures that you will get that what I like to call pinto bean gravy .then cook them on low for about 8 hours .after plating a little salt and that's it

Also little known fact (unless you're an Alton Brown of "Good Eats" fame) the more you eat beans the less trouble your digestive system has in breaking them down which=less gas problems. Plus Beans are a great source of both protein and fiber plus a lot of other vitamins.

I know you're all into Health stuff but turkey meat wouldn't have been bad for you to actually good for you so next time I think things might have tasted wonderful but I think you still need some type of me in it even if it's turkey
