Loved the recipe and the fries. Question: Do you still love this air fryer? I am on the fence but I see it has a small footprint and I am interested in purchasing one but the reviews keep me on the fence.

    Hi Dusty and Erin,

I just made the ‘cheese’ dip and I love it, but my husband doesn’t. Now I have a bit much for just myself. How long does it keep in the fridge and can you freeze it too?

    Thank you so much,

    Leonie

Love your channel! Question. My hubby and I are in weight loose stage right now. Can this "Cheese" sauce be made with beans for a low in fat option? Thanks!

Hello from Connecticut, an oil free video would be great. I've just begun my journey to plant based diet. I'm dealing with some health issues. Your channel has really inspired me 😊. Thank you and God bless you and your family!

Love this recipe! Your little guy is soooo adorable! He sounds ready to eat some healthy foods! We have successfully utilized “baby led weaning.” Our babes are now newly 2 & 3 yrs old and they are AMAZING EATERS! Im a firm believer in introducing veggies and non sweet foods first and waiting just a bit for very sweet fruits. Helps them really develop a palate for non sweet foods. Also, don’t be afraid to use spices to expand their palate as well! Start small and go from there. It’s also super important to not do a ton of salt yet (even healthy sea or Himalayan) because of their kidneys still developing and can’t process it very well. Happy eating! Love your channel! Cheers & blessings to your family! ❤️✌🏽🌟

I've recently stumbled upon your channel and have been binge watching your videos. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian but my husband (Max) and I have been trying to be more healthy. I really find your life style inspirational. We both want to try bring vegan for 30 days but it is hard as college students in a rural place with no whole foods! 😥 We shop at Walmart! Anyway love the videos and grateful for this inspiration.

There’s no rush. Start him on solids at 6 months. I breast fed my son from birth to his 2nd birthday, but started him on homemade solids at 6 months old. Today he’s healthy, happy!

Baby-led weaning! I started my first with avocado, banana, and other soft fresh veg and fruit or steamed. Let baby grab and learn to chew on his own. He learns when he is full and practices his hand coordination. I plan to do again with my 2nd babe in 2 more months. Bonus, everyone eats same food and you get to eat while babe feeds himself! Easy peasy.

Loving the cheez sauce! Thanks for sharing. I've been having trouble finding a good method for cashew cheez sauce but this is good!!! I've been experimenting with it too, adding a touch of lemon pepper, garlic powder. I even mixed in a tiny bit of salsa just like my mom used to do with that yucky tostitos cheese sauce from the grocery store. My version was 👌 delish. Can't wait to share it with her. Happy MDW!
