Pimentos would work, too, if you don’t like the sun dried tomatoes (I don’t) and you can’t find fire roasted red peppers (which are great, and basically pimentos, I think, there’s a large Italian community where I live…pimentos in many dishes, especially salads …I highly recommend them in an Italian style salad, are super common, they’re usually in the section of the grocery store where the pickles are.) Looks like a fantastic dish!!! Do you think it would work with whole milk? Heavy whipping cream doesn’t like me any more…wahhh! Just curious if you or anyone else has tried it?

I’ve got this in the oven right now! I love your inspiring recipes 💗. Can’t wait to try it. Had to make a couple substitutions rather than run 25 min to the grocery store, so will see how it turns out. Grated parm for shredded. 1% milk for heavy cream, fresh green peppers for roasted, and added canned diced tomatoes. No spinach to top with but sprinkled shredded mozzarella. Thank you for the recipes and inspiration to cook dinner ! 😊. Laura from

Hi Catherine! I would love to make your Tuscan chicken recipe, however, I played your video 4 times to make sure, but you never mentioned the temperature of the oven you put it on, you just say you place the chicken in the oven for 16 to 20 minutes. I'm sorry if I am wrong but, can you tell me what temperature you placed your oven on? Thank you. 😊

This dish has to be delicious!! I got your 2 cookbooks for Christmas. In any of your videos, have you given directions for how to make canned green beans taste better? I thought I saw one where you did, but when I try using search, I only get recipes that involve fresh green beans. My husband loves watching your videos with me and has made several recipes we’ve seen!
