I'm not right in the head!! I was reading the written recipe you have posted and it said 2 Tablespoons chopped Rhyme. I'm on Google : "what is Rhyme?" Nothing related to spices evidently. I go back to the video. Ah Ha!!! It is Thyme…. not Rhyme. Why did I not not catch the typo in the first place? Because I thought it was a French spice I had never heard of lol I better stop reading the recipe before I watch the video.

OMG you are my new hero, hoping my thanksgiving feast will be as easy and tasty, my turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and beef tenderloin and this butternut squash. You make it look so simple. Hope I can do it also, Love your video! Happy Thanksgiving, your a blessing!

Fab! I love recipes that are really techniques. I was already thinking of going the chilli & spice route instead of the sweet one. (You have a sweeter tooth in the US than we do in Europe.)

Empath that I am, I always brace myself when you’re about to taste something too hot. I yell at you through the screen. “Wait! Not yet!” 😂

The colors of the carrots and squash are gorgeous and I can’t wait to try another fantastic recipe. I think even my finicky kids will eat this, although I may have to melt a handful of mini-marshmallows on their portion.

At Thanksgiving we often see an image of an overflowing cornucopia, and the daily recipes you’ve given us remind me of that. Thank you, Chef, for the bounty you brought us during a time when many need to be reminded of our blessings. God bless you and all of us.
    And God bless America 🇺🇸

    Hi Chef,
Ah, you just answered my question, about roasting the butternut and carrots instead of boiling. I will use aqua faba in place of the eggs to keep in plant based!
It looks delicious. I was looking for a dish with squash and carrots, Perfection!
Thank you for always inspiring me with your recipes!!

Awesome line up of Thanks Giving dishes! It's been a wonderful week of videos. You know one of these days you'll have to drag your support staff in front of the camera and introduce them to us! I know lots of work goes into every video and it takes a team to make them as nice as your videos are!
