Recipe notes and tips:
– When it comes to pastry; if the filling is liquid, you need to make sure there are no gaps/holes, otherwise it will all leak out!
– The dried pulses used for blind baking can be reused multiple times. I’ve had these ones at least 20 times and they’re still fine

mmmmm, tempeh… 🤤 I am really loving your little tartlet pan things! I don't have anything that small, but maybe I can get away with a muffin tray, or something. Have you ever had Japanese natto? It's essentially sticky soybeans but I think you'd like it, it's really good, and I'd love to see what kind of things you'd make with it.
