    Hi Rachel, I make my chicken fried steak similar to this, but I've been using regular milk instead of buttermilk. I also didn't realize you could add baking powder and baking soda to the dry ingredients. I'm going to make it this way next time. I'm also going to make some of your seasoning mixture to use. Thanks for all the good tips! I really need to stop watching your videos at midnight. It makes me hungry! Lol!

    Rachel, love your videos. Any chance you will, someday, post your recipes using Metric measurements? They are so much more accurate than Imperial. The US should switch, and make it user friendly for the whole world. My 1 1/2 cups may be quite a bit different than yours. Just a thought. Thanks. Enjoy watching you in Mexico City.
