Oh dear. I love that brand of grits as well and I did buy a bag from Amazon and made some shrimp and grits a couple of years ago. I've had the rest sealed up in my pantry. Should I have kept it in my freezer? should I throw out what I have left I didn't realize that grits could go bad I thought they were like pasta that could sit forever on the shelve.
What are grits? Where would I find it? Rice , cereal isle?

Polenta is really similar. I always make Polenta in my ninja! I hated getting burned by the volcanic bubbles from the stove. Turns out perfect every time. Thanks for the video! Hugs from the (overcast) Bay Area.
