    One tip I would like to add. Next Time don't waste your stock. Open the pot and let it evapourate. All the taste and nutrition is in that stock. It won't take long. 15 min max at high temperature.
    You need to add very little water as meat would release lots of water and it ould cook in meat own water. But anyways if you put water then dry it too. Don't waste it.
    If I am making in odinary pateli thn is lots of water but this pot does not require it

    Farrah my mother was also a wife of an Army officer n she always had shami kabab n seekh kabab in her freezer . As u talked abt your mother’s shami kabab it reminds me my mother’s kabab. .u add mint in it I’ll try next time . I never add mint . Another thing is that add just half a cup of water in your electric pressure cooker bcz the water doesn’t evaporate in this type of cookers n dry water by using saute mode . I also use this here in US πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ stay blessed n happy.

    Farah I have watched some of your vlogs you are mashallah beautiful and brave but its very sad indeed to know about your family problem.Do you realize that the day you have started uploading your videos how many people have been jealoused to see your blessings,.this is the reason why in our religion we are not supposed to show our blessings maybe millions of them are deprived of what you have.
