Can anyone compare the PC mix & chop to another brand for me please? Pros and Cons. I have an off brand one and I’m just not a fan. Would it be worth buying a PC one? I feel like I do just as good of a job with a bamboo spatula

That's absolutely awesome. I use a different air fryer. But it has a bake function. I'm a chef and I make home made skillet cornbread stuffing every thanksgiving. I enjoy your videos because you are so passionate about the foods you prepare. WAY TO GO!!

I grew up with the distinction between “dressing” or “stuffing”. We had stuffing in the bird bird (my favorite) and since My Mom never ate poultry, she would make extra stuffing and put in a casserole dish to cook separately, and that was dressing. Exactly the same stuff cooked two ways. Mostly our stuffing was onions, celery, cornbread, seasonings like black pepper, salt, poultry seasoning, lots of sage, chicken broth, and a couple of raw eggs. Sometimes I put bread in mine, but not always. My husbands Mom made hers with either sausage or hamburger meat. I don’t use meat or sausage in mine though. Interesting the differences other people make in their dressing/stuffing. I love mine and so does my family, so I’m not changing it. Also the only sweet we have with our Thanksgiving dinner, aside from desserts, is cranberry sauce.

I absolutely love all of your videos. The way we can see all of the details, your presentation, and how easy you make it look. Do you have any videos with your husband or children cooking with you? I would love to introduce my grandson into cooking using your videos, but he thinks it’s only for adults. Thank you for offering your time to all of us.

In my house, we were taught that stuffing is literally stuffed into bird, and dressing was put in casserole dish and cooked separately. Idk if that is “correct,” but that is the distinction my family makes. We use “Northern” (only bread with poultry seasoning) for stuffing, and “Southern” (cornbread, white bread, celery, and onion with sage) for dressing! And we ALWAYS have both Northern and Southern!

Thank you for this great recipe……question when using instant pot. We have the regular instant pot with an additional crispy lid. What setting on Instant pot should we use to “ bake” before we use the crisp lid. Or is the crisp lid the key Thank you in advance.
