    I want to make scalloped potatoes, these kind are au gratin. This would be flour, milk, butter. Any ideas? These are good, but too much cheese, I got 'em too salty.

    If you use chicken broth instead of water it will add an extra layer of flavor and deliciousness. Yum! Also, for mashed potatoes, pressure cooker is the only way to go! Don't even have to drain them, and I mix them right in the inner pot! So good!

    Mash Potatoes and crispy hash browns.
    Applebees red skin mash potatoes are good. Unless you don't like the peels in your taters. But I love them.

    I use a stove top pressure cooker. Now those are for sure stressful the first time you use them. Because the fear of it exploding is very real lol.. But once I researched them and watched every YT video I could find on them. I felt more confident.

    Hi Ryan's mom Sam here… this looked amazing ๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ฎ you could have it with Roast Chicken or Steak when I do it I do it in the over but I cut the potatoes very thin soked in cream and garlic and cheese on top ๐Ÿ˜‹๐Ÿ˜‹ yummy

    Check out Six Sister's Stuff for IP recipes. I love my IP & use their recipes on the regular. Sooooooo good!!! The IP is a game changer because on those nights you forget to thaw out your meat you can still have a meal in under 30 mins. Being able to cook from frozen is amazing!! Mashed potatoes are my favorite but I love all things potato, too ๐Ÿคค.
    I cracked up when y'all set the timer for an hour ๐Ÿ˜‚. I was yelling at y'all through my phone, "no, that's an hour!"
    If y'all eat a lot of hard boiled eggs they are so easy to cook in the IP. You literally can put 1 egg or fill it up to the max fill line. Pressure cook for 5 mins, natural release the pressure for 5 mins (then turn the knob to vent to release remaining pressure) & then put the eggs in an ice bath for at least 5 mins. The eggs are so easy to peel & come out perfect every time. That's called the 5-5-5 method.

    Large family love YouTube site she does a lot of pressure cooker meals you should check it out. That is neat. I was given a air fryer love it. One day might get a pressure cooker.

    My favorite way to make mashed potatoes, lots of butter, heavy cream salt and pepper. I heat the butter and heavy cream in a sauce pan . As I mash the potatoes I add the heavy cream to consists that I want. Yum. Iโ€™m not a fan of gravy so I eat them without.
