    Thanks. BTW if you're using a pressure cooker you shouldn't need to thaw the chicken. I put frozen chicken straight into my instant pot. It just takes longer for the pot to come to pressure and you want to probably do a natural pressure release to help be sure the chicken cooks all the way through, but 16 – 17 minutes at high pressure should be plenty by itself. When I put chicken in the pressure cooker my cats get excited to see what I'm cooking. I see you have the same problem.
