    When I tried this method, the skin was too hard to chew, and the meat was too dry, unfortunately. However, It was interesting to try for my first pork belly attempt. I skipped the brown butter though. Thanks!

    To get mine extra crispy I wipe it with a paper towel, put the salt on and leave for about 20 minutes. Then I wipe them again before cooking
