    Good video getting small portions set out so you can mix'match at meal time depending on how hungry you are and what you crave at that moment. I find that I have to be a bit careful with batch cooking as sometimes small containers can get missed in the fridge and I end up wasting stuff that hangs around a bit too long. The idea of mixing and storing dry ingredients should help with that.

    I made a batch of oat groats with fruit today. Had I seen this before I did that I would have added some lentil to mine too. There's always next time. TVP is something I need to try. It really looked good. Everything really looked so delicious.
