    Bowls. Looks so good! I recently rediscovered that corn tortillas are a binge trigger food for me. I will be substituting corn for the corn tortillas. Thanks for the reminder to keep it simple!

    most of the time, you seem to use ingredients… I just don't have on hand… I will watch to see if this one is better because so far.. not enjoying your complicated ingredients (and expensive)

    I love bowls and have a bean and rice bowl nearly every day. I make my beans in the pressure cooker, so they are extra tasty. I add julienne carrots from the grocery, which is not typical but adds extra crunch. So good!

    Super easy. I have some lentils, some barley, some kale, some tomatoes, onion, garlic, cucumber, carrots. I have BBQ sauce or some teriyaki sauce. The possibilities are endless!
