Isn't 30 minutes way too much for boneless breasts? In my instant pot, I made a little over a pound of boneless, thawed breasts once in about a cup of liquid and some spices and after 12 minutes of pressure and about 5 minutes natural release (then I released the rest of the pressure manually), the chicken was very overcooked and the internal temperature was like 190. I have seen videos of folks doing boneless breasts in as little as 8 minutes and even doing a manual, rapid pressure release. Some will sear both sides and then pressure cook for only 5 minutes. I used 12 minutes since I'm still a bit paranoid about undercooked chicken LOL. Anyway, just wondering why you used 30 minutes.

This would work great to prepare your chicken for chicken enchiladas. Since I don't like mine spicy, I usually cook the chicken in a crock pot with cream of chicken soup and half a packet of enchilada seasoning, but that takes much, much long to cook. Doing this would mean enchilada's more often at my house. Yum. Thanks for the video!
