    I was vegetarian for 30 years and then realized that all I would need to do to be vegan is stop eating yogurt. I already used almond milk for dairy, didn't eat ice cream, ditched cheese, quit eggs at age 6… So I'm new to vegan but have essentially been vegan forever. I really appreciate that you're older and focus on protein. Most vegans with YT channels are about 30 and seem to get about 10 grams of protein per meal.

    I agree with your opinion of cashews. I add a pinch of almonds or walnuts to my oatmeal. I also have been adding a lot of PB2 to my smoothies, chia pudding, whatever for an extra 7 grams of protein with a third less fat. Do you have an opinion of the powdered nut butter?
