Sauces! Brilliant. These are great. I make the maple mustard quite a lot, love the addition of liquid smoke. I also make the 1 2 3 dressing, found that I really like to add a little nutritional yeast, it gives it a richer body

Great video. Thank you for sharing! I’m making dressings twice a week now that it’s so hot. I make what I call “REVOO” (Replacement Extra Virgin Olive Oil). It’s a cup of water and a tablespoon of corn starch or tapioca starch/flour. Boil for a couple of minutes until it thickens. Let it cool to room temperature to use. Sometimes I use Stevia and if the REVOO is still hot it makes the Stevia taste funky like it’s burned. Or I’ll skip the stevia and make a liquidy date paste. Add vinegar, mustard and oregano and it’s heavenly!

SAUCES! Thanks so much for doing this video. Sometimes just having a variety of sauces can be game changers for making vegetables and potatoes taste great! Especially for my picky husband who is just transitioning to a whole food plant based diet.

In the video part for the smoky southwest dressing you said 1 teaspoon tahini, but the written ingredients say 1 tablespoon. It looks more like a tablespoon, but I’m just checking – which is correct. Thanks so much for these!

Debi, I just tried the smoky salad dressing on my salad for lunch today and it was so delicious! This is one that is going to be in my rotation of favorites! Can’t wait to try the others. Thanks

That's my favorite Tahini brand, I love it! It's my go-to for whatever dressing I make. Adding a little hummus gives it a nice "zing" along with some water to thin it down. I often use honey-mustard along with the Tahini and balsamic glaze – it's my favorite dressing! Good stuff as usually Deb!
