To be fair, most of the people here who tell you how to say it are wrong. You get a lot of the American pronunciation of shire (shire or sheer). I'm from West Yorkshire and when people pronounce the shire part like the shire from the Lord of the Rings, it tickles me. When you see shire assume it is pronounced as "shuh" so this would be "Wuster-shuh" anything else doesn't really matter though. It's a weird word and a lot of high end chefs say it wrong. The only people I would hold to a different standard are other Brits, they have no reason to mispronounce it, Americans though don't have these county names that they have to use regularly, so have no real reason to need to know.

Hi Adaline, I usually don't comment on how you do things, but this time I have to ask you, did you rinse the mushrooms? I always do because it can be dirt that is not so nice to chew. Just a question. Otherwise, I love your meal preps, and I really admire the time and effort you put in your meals, always making these healthy choices for you and the girls. Can't wait til your next video!

I learned that trick from you for the broccoli and I do it when preparing cauliflower too. So much less mess. The large stem is able to be used too, from both! I don't peel the cauliflower stalk but I do the broccoli. The outer layer is quite tough, so I peel this off a d slice the stalk up into coins and it's delicious too. Please give it a go.

The sugarfree sundae syrup, Look into that first ingredient, Malodextrin. It is TERRIBLE. It jacks my blood sugar up over 300 and causes alot of other health problems. Love your videos
