I populate my virtual grocery cart throughout the month to replace what I use from my pantry.
Before my pickup, I jettison items until I reach $100… it's often a painful process, but I make myself do it. Usually these are items I can delay my gratification until next month anyway.
It works really well for me and my pantry is healthy.

I missed your live! Thank you for answering so many questions. We're empty nesters so just two of us but we both have special diets for medical reasons. I have to work hard to keep the cost down because I can spend a huge amount if I'm not careful. Shopping around everywhere including on line is a necessity. I'm a big impulse shopper so having walmart plus which delivers has been a game changer. I got the year subscription half price on black Friday. I saved the $50 I paid in a few weeks of not going in to the store. You have to know yourself. What works for one person/family won't work for another. Have a great day and weekend! ❤️
