You are such an inspiration! Seriously! I'm in a season of life where I just don't have all the time for meal prep, but I SO badly want to be!

If you want a hack for yogurt, insert a rack at the bottom of the instant pot and add 1 cup water to the bottom, then I fill a mason jar with milk and push steam for 0 minutes then do a automatic release and let cool to room temp then add your yogurt starter and set the yogurt button to at least 9 hours and it works great! Doesn’t make a super thick yogurt but then you don’t have to clean the instant pot or go through the extra effort of having to check the temperature of the milk while you’re getting it to temperature
Someone I follow recently said that they have started asking restaurants to cook their food and extra virgin olive oil, which most restaurants have, and they will do. It probably won’t happen in every restaurant, but I’m sure some would do it.
