Hi Paislie, busy vlog, so nice to see Magnolia and Connor ๐Ÿ‘‹. If you put your thumbs on the top of your pepper after loosening the stalk and press the stalk and seeds should come out easier….but don't blame it it doesn't work๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜. Thanks for sharing๐Ÿ’ž

HI, Paislie. Great job, mama! I loved watching this. I actually don't meal prep except when I have a three-pound package of ground beef that I cook all at once with chopped onions. I use half and then put the other half in the refrigerator, and I have to say, it's so nice to have that part all done in a day or two when I use it for another dish. I've never prepped a freezer meal, but I love watching them and I think it's such a time saver to do it. I wish you peace, my sweet friend, as you get through this week. I will be thinking of you. Love you, girl.

    Man I love your nails

Thank you for your kind words. Iโ€™ve been thinking of you a lot this week.

    Looking-through-cookbook-days are the best days

Watching produce being washed is so satisfying

I usually add a paper towel when I pack them in

I notice it helps preserve leafy greens

I do a little meal prep. I usually chop my green onions, so theyโ€™re ready to throw on stuff, and I batch cook ground beef an chicken breasts sometimes. Dry beans that I season and cook reheat wonderfully after freezing. Oh, and thereโ€™s the breakfast burritos for the mister each week. Anything to make the load a bit lighter is worth it.๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ’œ

That cantaloupe looked good!!!! I haven't ever had a smoothie with cantaloupe. I have been doing more prep for breakfast and lunch lately. It has helped a lot. I got some if the gallon silicone bags from Amazon and they were horrible but I have smaller ones that are good. I know there are gallon ones that are good too. Thank you for sharing.

Meal prepping is always a great idea..Especially for the summer when you just donโ€™t want to cook anyway because itโ€™s hot, I buy stuff you can microwave, or charcuterie board foods.I cut up cheese, put crackers in baggies, cut up celery, and just get snack stuff together for those โ€œehโ€ days when you just arenโ€™t feeling it! I also cook up a lot of hamburger and bag and freeze it, you can cook spaghetti and freeze just the noodles to use thru the month. I will be thinking of you. Times like that are never easy..๐Ÿฅบ
