Great job with all the meal prep. I know how much easier it makes life when you have something pre-made to easily grab. I love crockpot liners, makes cleanup so much easier! 🙂

Hello friend! Hope you have a super awesome weekend! These meals prep look amazing! Definitely so much easier! Loved the Idea of grinding the spinach so small! I use that chicken too! Taste super good! Yummy french toast and that crockpot chicken sounds amazing!!❤❤

You're excellent at meal prep! If you ever want a side hustle, it's a great job. I meal prep for a living, so if you ever have any questions about getting started, I love answering questions!

I don't meal prep every single week but when I do it makes my life sooo much easier! I like those salad containers and how it seperates the lettuce from the other contents-I hate soggy salads! The only bad thing about meal prepping is that when you are done you are exhausted from cooking all day and you have to clean up your bomb of a kitchen lol!

Thanks for sharing what you cooked for the week! I also like to cook for the week since both my husband and I work too. It makes life so much easier! I never even thought about grinding up the spinach

I love how efficient you are with this. Seriously motivational!!

Do you do this over the course of the whole day Sunday or cook over the course of a few hours (other than the crockpot meal)
