I tried this recipe today. Followed the measurements an instructions exactly.
My batter turned into a glutinous dough and tastes bitter after baking.
I tasted the batter before baking and it tasted amazing, had very high hopes…super disappointed
I think the baking powder quantity is way too much

Yes. Dairy free. Not because I am intolerant but, dairy product is quite pricey here
Would it work with canola oil
I tried this and it went horribly wrong it became hard,and it did not want to bake we left it in the oven for about 50 mins and did not cook
