I am wondering why do Americans use so much of sugar for their meat meals. The sauce from the jar contains usually some sugar too.

I think the plastic tube on your oil can is to be pulled up and then the cover screwed on. I had a canister of oil in which the spout was inside, like your's was.
You ever tried whipping or heavy cream instead of milk? It’s really nice. I’ve got a wonderful cream cheese frosting I’ll share with you all. 1/2 cup butter, 8 ounces cream cheese, (both softened or room temperature)1 tsp vanilla + a little extra, ABOUT 2 cups powder sugar/icing sugar. Cream the butter, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar mix. If you want it thinner add small amounts of whipping cream to thin it to desired consistency. It’s that simple.I mostly use this on my cinnamon rolls, carrot cake, and banana cake or cupcakes of the same items. It freezes well too.
Just an FYI pork butt roast is the shoulder…all actual butt are used for ham…my kids always make me clarify when I serve pulled pork lol…they got the name from old butchers throwing certain cuts of meat in the “butt barrels” and the name stuck…took a lot of animal science classes in college…love the videos…you have changed the way I shop and cook total life changer 😍😍

I just made that pork for the first time! I heard about it somewhere- I did some prepared walmart salsa because that’s what was in the fridge & I did a half cup brown sugar. Everyone even my picky eaters, loved it! I’m putting in on the rotation once a month for fall. We had pork tacos with it.
I did the shredded pork and my husband loved it. He liked that it tasted sweet. Although it was a bit too sweet for me. So next time I make it I will use a medium salsa instead of mild. I am definitely adding this to my list of meals to make on a regular basis.

Substitute Nutella for the chocolate pudding…😋❤ I use similar ingredients for my Nutella nobake cheesecake.
Great as always, just a quick FYI Parmesan isn't vegetarian, it has rennet from the stomach of a calf, there are a few sneaky cheeses that vegetarians cannot use.

The "butt" is not the hiney of a pig. That would be a ham. The term "butt" comes from the early 1900's and the waste drums that would be set out on the curb for garbage pick-up.. The "butt" is also known as the "garbage" in our terminology today. In those days people didn't have much use of the shoulder cut. The poor would salvage meats from the butt, hence, the Boston butt and then, BBQ was introduced to make the meat "worthy" of a meal.

A pork butt is the shoulder. Named for the barrels they used to be packed in called butts. An actual pig’s behind is typically called the ham
