    Just about to try making this during this week (my first time using the Instant Pot!). Was curious about how long you leave the lid on at the end to loosen the bits that might get stuck on the bottom? Also, about how long does it take to use the saute feature to reduce the juice? Thanks!

    Thank you so much! Recently our 10 & 7-Year-old granddaughters have moved in with us. They have so far in their young lives grown up on processed foods and sugar. We have cut both out of their diet. Oh Lord help us! Thank you for this video because they love ground beef (mostly spaghetti) and your sauce is wonderful along with your taco sauce. Tacos with low carb shells tonight and miracle noodles with your pasta sauce and small salad tomorrow. I'm sure both will be a hit. Oh yea and of course with their old diet they are overweight.

    Yum love cabbage noodles!! Great idea to scoop out cup fulls of sauce too. Just a little info about Himalayan Salt….it’s actually a rock salt mined in the biggest salt mine in the world in Pakistan, so not really a sea salt. It has many trace minerals and the pink color comes from the iron oxide in it. Thank you for this video so much fun to watch, I have been thinking about getting a pressure cooker. Have a great day.
