I’m fairly new to keto, working on low carb first since bread is my downfall. I’m curious as to how the green smoothie is keto when it has 23+ grams of carbs…..

I will be making the peanut butter recipe, yum! I use the powdered peanut butter PB Fit brand and you just add water and tastes great, perfect for keto.

A little tip I found for those that don’t care for nut milk…
    2 Tablespoons of HWC
Add 4 to 8 oz ice cold water and mix
I use this all the time now…🥰

I wish I'd know about Hiya when my boys were young. I never liked the vitamins that were available. Wish Hiya made vitamins for adults. Can't wait to try the recipes.

I was looking to see if you had a cookbook, but I couldn't find one, what's up with that? I have done keto for years, but only recently found you, I have found your videos helpful for "family" cooking. As much as I love that I can make a keto meal for myself in minutes, your meal ideas have been once that the whole family enjoys.

I would like to know if you can make a pudding out of can coconut , heavy whipping cream and a chocolate bar that is 92% cocoa, add maybe vanilla to it or not. I’m trying to find a chocolate pudding I can add chia seeds to help me. Thank you.
