    I had to make a couple of adjustments. I don't have a Pressure Cooker so I just cooked it in a large skillet on top of the stove for about 35 to 40 minutes and instead of using the cooking wine that you suggested, I used white wine, chardonnay to be exact and it turned out fabulous.
