Never mind, I read in one of the comments that you meant 1/2 cup. You should clarify it in your video cause I made the bread w 1 1/2 cups and it came up a little dry, what a waste of protein! Also, after 25 minutes it was uncooked, it needed 40 minutes.
People are taking the time and spending money on your recipe and after getting so many comments about the amount of protein and cooking time you can at least make the correction on your video.

Thank you for sharing the recipe, Annie. I just made the bread using reduced-fat shredded mozzarella cheese in a KitchenAid mixer and 1-1/2 cup of protein powder (just realized after reading the posts that it should be only 1/2 cup). Unfortunately, my bread did not rise at all. Any suggestions on how to make it rise the next time? The taste is delicious!

Hi there! Question…in the video you said to use 1 1/2 cups of Protein Powder, but in the recipe you give the amount as 1/2 cup. Could make a serious difference in the outcome, yes? Please clarify or correct, if necessary. These days we really don't want to waste all of those ingredients. Thank you!

Bread is a great carbs source that is good cold with no preparation. There is ZERO reason to make keto breads because there are endless easy sources of fat that taste great cold. Just add heavy cream, why bother with baking this?

People keep saying you can use coconut flour instead of the protein powder but despite several people asking how much coconut flour to use so far nobody has answered the question.

I made this exactly to recipe and found it wasn’t cooking all the way through after 20 minutes and had to cook for 45. It looked beautiful and had good texture, tasted decent, but just too dry. So dry that neither my boyfriend nor I felt inclined to have a second slice.

First I want to say that I love your videos. I did make this recipe and I really love it. It toasts perfectly and my personal favorite way to have it. I find it very filling, so grateful I'm not looking for something else after I've eaten. This is my new go to bread. Making a loaf as I type. Thank you!
