At your recommendation I got the Casori. Love it! Much bigger basket than my former one and I like the pre-sets.
Do the egg wraps taste eggy in the enchiladas? Are they soft after you air fry them or do they crisp up a bit like a tortilla? I'm not a big egg fan so curious before I buy them. Both these recipes look good. 🙂

Airfryer cheese! Oh my! I have to try it. I have some cheese from Sam's that are singles similar to the baby bells. I think IL try them. I have a Gourmia Airfryer from Costco. Would love to find sheets to put on the bottom. Thank you Kristi for the recipes. I love them both.
Where do you find the egglife wraps in the store? Are they in the refrigerated section?

Air fryer all day! Only way to have chicken wings, I season with salt, pepper and granulated garlic and fry until super crisp. Try the cheese curds at Aldi for fryer, cheaper and tastier, I would bread and put back in freezer for 1/2 hour. Yes ma'am to the enchiladas, they looked amazing! I think my husband would love those using low carb wraps from Aldi. Unfortunately, I have to stay away from those they makes my blood sugar spike.
I don't use our airfryer enough. These sound good. Wish they sold the egglife wraps locally.
I love making low carb pizza's, the kids chicken nuggets, keto toast, I like Aunt millies bread, jalepeño poppers, stuffed mushrooms, just to name a few….
I use my Airfryer like a microwave. I warm everything in it!

My husband and I were team anti-air fryer; we stayed with some friends while we were waiting to close on our house, and they and their kids used their air fryer daily. My husband was in a hurry one morning and decided to throw some sausage in the air fryer and fell in love with it period before I know it he was throwing everything in the air fryer. Shortly after that I started using it. LOL

Yum, I do zucchini fries. I sometimes use pork rinds or most of the time I use wet egg then roll them in grated parmesan cheese. They delicious
