All the recipes that you're thinking of that are vegan good and healthy for us. Thank you. By the way, genuine compliment, you are beautiful. I know you know that and I've been told that and probably read that and all that stuff all the time. Still just have to say it. The compliment is genuine and yours.

The sauce on the second receipt seems a bit confusing. Why have you added ginger? I thought that u were just using the sauce of the first receipt, but u seem to add extra ingredients and don't even show us the quantity. (I mean the sauce u used on top of the paprika)

This is excellent for people lack of iron+ ferritin ( too much deficient in FERRITIN/ iron can cause heart attack and some people end up getting a blood transfusion. Symptoms of your body with lack of this mineral::: hairfall, white grey hair, getting dizzy, shortness of breath, too much heart beating fast, chest pains (especially for women). GOAT/ sheep/ beef/lamb liver is best as eating chicken Liver can lead to fibroids/ rasooli in tummy.
Liver is best eaten little bit left kuchee/raw. As over cooking leads to vitamins gone. If you are eating LIVER best eaten am/ afternoon NOT night time as it takes many hours to digest. Avoid laying down sleeping after eating as not good for heart. Please eat VITAMIN C rich foods like carrots, mango, tomato, bell peppers, orange/ lemon, pomegranate as Vitamin C best to eat with iron foods. And NEVER EAT WITH parata, milk, yogurt, doughnut, cake, bread, cheese, lussi, tea, egg, wheat, bread, crisps chips( urdu) buns, because these STOP body from making IRON from liver-
Last but not least important information. lack of iron is also caused by grieving over death of family, when you over think and worry too much then it interferes with stomach so absorption from foods is not working.
Lots of lack in FERRITIN and Iron is caused by accident causing bloodloss, menses/ periods, miscarriage, abortion ( apologise for this but it's important).

Oh my lord, I tried the first stew, using sweet potatoes and black beans (added lentils, I also used just a dash of palm oil from Ghana and Indonesian spices) and that was amazingly delicious! Like amazingly delicious, my husband (not vegan) loved it so much and I will introduce this to the rest of my family, thanks for the great recipes 🙂

Using herbal natural remedy was what got me tested negative to HSV 2 after been diagnosed for years.I have spend so much funds on medications like acyclovir (Zovirax), Famciclovir (Famvir), and Valacyclovir (Valtrex). But it was all a waste of time and my symptoms got worst. To me It is very bad what Big pharma are doing, why keep making humans suffer greatly just to get profits annually for medications that doesn't work.

I'm glad that herbal remedies is gaining so much awareness and many people are getting off medications and activating their entire body system with natural herbal remedies and they are become holistically healed totally. Quickly contact Dr Felix herbal home now email him directly on

    Hi Rachel,
Don't know how I landed here, but so glad I have!
My 4yr old grandson suffers from dangerously low iron levels, and after specialists prescribed the awful "gritty" iron replacement liquid for him (which doesn't agree with him, bless him) I sourced "Spa Water", which is so high in natural iron content, and like you so rightly say, without vitamin C taken at the same time, the body won't fully absorb the iron. We use pineapple juice, as it's also 10 times better for sore throats than conventional cough medicines, and its got a higher Vit C content than oranges (however, your bell peppers are the Vitamin C God, ha ha)

I'm definitely going to give this a go, so him and my daughter can have it after school, on these dark and cold English teatimes!

You've got yourself a grateful new subscriber, and I'm so pleased I found your channel Rachel, thanks again for sharing your Knowledge.
    Take care, and be happy🙏🙋🏻‍♂️
