    Do you not Bill the milk and cool down to 120 before adding culture. I've been making yogurt for 40 plus years and never heard of using sweetened condensed milk! This shows how versatile soft cheese recipes are. Thanks.

    I’ve been making yogurt for over 20 years in the instant pot but heat to 180 cool to 120 incubate for 8 hours then strain for Greek yogurt. Vietnamese yogurt uses condensed milk and hot water. I have made it before also.
