Pulled pork has never been this quick and easy!  Learn all the secrets behind my Instant Pot pulled pork recipe, plus try 4 different instant pot pulled pork recipes that are perfect for meal prep during the week!

RECIPES:

BASIC INSTANT POT PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs olive oil
1 1/2 cups low sodium chicken broth

BBQ INSTANT POT PULLLED PORK

For the Pulled Pork:

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbs olive oil

For the BBQ Sauce:

1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
1 clove garlic minced
4 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 tsp granulated onion
1 tbsp tomato paste
1 tbsp molasses
1 tbsp raw honey
1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

INSTANT POT CARNITAS PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin, boneless or bone-in
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup chicken broth
2 tbs olive oil

For broiling:

2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 tsp sea salt

INSTANT POT CAROLINA PULLED PORK

4 lbs pork loin boneless or bone-in
2 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/2 tsp cumin
2 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tbs olive oil
1 cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp white vinegar

    what do you do with the juice at the bottom of the pot when it's all done? Can you use it for broth for soup? or will it be loaded with fat from the meat and just taste gross?

    Hey Lacey, for the BBQ pork recipe, do you make separate BBQ sauce to pour over the pork prior to serving or do you use what was in the pot? I'm assuming the water in the pork is part of the sauce at the bottom so I thought it would be too thin. Wanted to get your input prior to making it. Thank!
