that does not look like good biryani
While this does look very yummy, it's NOT AT ALL clear (to me at least) that the first step is making a homemade garam masala. 2 teaspoons of which is used in the next, marinade step. I had to look at the written recipe to figure it out, and even then it's not very clear.
I would suggest putting a title on step one that they are making a homemade garam masala, a note to reserve 2 tbs for the marinade before storing the rest, and a note in step 2 to use the reserved homemade garam masala.
That's not how the rice of Biryani looks like… It's sticky
What's the title of the background music?
Could you do this with brown rice?

The rice is too sticky to qualify as a biriyani. This is more like lamb curry and rice.
Why kosher salt?
Can I do this with chicken as well? If so, is the Instant Pot time still 6 minutes?
